You may remember the previous post on the new The Lead: Renovation, Repair & Painting Rule. But there has been a recent development in the Environmental Protection Agency’s decision that will be a great help to re-modelers and contractors all over the country.
The EPA has decided to delay the enforcement of the new Lead: Renovation, Repair and Painting rule after listening to the concerns of many NAHB members. The concern was that many of the re-modelers and contractors have not been able to obtain the required training to comply with the rule due to various circumstances that were out of their control.
